He has trained and delivered the “HBS Coaching Process” to multiple executives enrolled in HBS’s Exec Ed PLD Program.
An HBS MBA graduate himself, Angel is the CEO & Founder of Coaching You Forward - a premier executive coaching firm he founded to meet the growing need for professional development programs specifically-designed for emerging & next-generation talent.
Angel holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University and is certified in Hogan Assessments, a Global Leader in Talent Assessments.
Before Business School, Angel worked in NYC in various finance roles including Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs & Corporate Finance at PJT Partners.
Angel is a bilingual native Spanish speaker from Puerto Rico.
